SEYMOUR, Ind.– Dreading the alarm clock going off, feeling like you haven’t really slept when you wake up, and others complaining about your snoring or restless legs are all common signs of a sleep disorder.
Dr. Emily SurVance, of Schneck Sleep Medicine, is presenting Better Sleep for Better Health next month to help individuals learn about the symptoms, signs, and treatments of sleep disorders.
Better Sleep for Better Health is set Tuesday, September 19, at 6:30 p.m., in Classroom 300 of the Schneck Professional Building, 411 West Tipton St., in Seymour. Park on Level 3 of the garage for convenient access.
