SEYMOUR, Ind. – The Jackson County Public Library and Jackson County Clerk’s office are partnering for National Voter Registration Day on Tuesday, September 19.
Jackson County Clerk Piper Acton will be available that day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the Seymour Library lobby, to help people with registration or to answer questions about current registration status.
To register, people must be U.S. citizens, present a driver’s license or state I.D. card, and be 18 years old by the next Election Day (Tuesday, November 7, 2023).
Registration forms are available at all Jackson County Public Library locations or on the library website at https://www.myjclibrary.org/vote/.
