COLUMBUS, Ind. – Ivy Tech Community College nursing program students will host a Community Health and Wellness Fair on Thursday, November 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Moravec Hall, 4475 Central Ave. The event is free and open to the public.
The Community Health and Wellness Fair will include:
- Blood pressure screenings and blood glucose screenings
- Education on stroke prevention, diabetes, colon cancer
- Flu and pneumonia vaccines in partnership with the Bartholomew County Health Department
- Reps from local health and wellness organizations, including CRH, WellConnect, Greensburg YMCA, and Family Chiropractic, plus other mental health resources
