COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) is celebrating the Grand Opening of its portion of the NexusPark campus this week.
The public is invited to attend a special Open House, including a Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting, this Wednesday, January 24, at 11:30 a.m.
The free event then continues with self-guided tours of the CRH part of the facility, on an as-come basis, from noon to 6 p.m. Attendees should enter Entrance 3, on the building’s southwest side, off 25th Street, in Columbus.
CRH at NexusPark is the culmination of over five years of visioning, partnership, research, planning, and design. The result is an inventive approach to outpatient healthcare.
Fourteen practices and support services are relocating and converging into a 125,000-square-foot portion of the refurbished former shopping mall at more than $54 million in investment.
NexusPark is a partnership among the City of Columbus, Columbus Parks and Recreation, and Columbus Regional Health, with the support of the Heritage Fund. The organizations collaborated to create a dynamic community asset that would comprise a broad range of health, well-being, and recreational services and experiences, as well as providing community space, retail, and dining.
