SOUTH-CENTRAL, Ind. – It is not always all about catching the bad guys. Sometimes it is just meeting friendly people.
Indiana State Police (ISP) trooper Sgt. Stephen Wheeles had a positive encounter on Wednesday with a father and son visiting the US from Europe.
While parked and working on some paperwork just off of I-65, Wheeles said a man and his son pulled up to him in a nice looking #Corvette.
They told him they were visiting from Europe and came to the States to purchase the car. As they drove south on I-65 on their way to a southern port to ship it back home, they saw the ISP vehicle and asked to take some pictures of it. Sgt. Wheeles obliged.
