COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) is conducting a Health Status Survey, a vital initiative to identify and address the most pressing regional community health concerns. Scheduled to run from March through May 27, the survey has a crucial role in guiding CRH’s efforts toward enhancing public health.
Conducted via telephone and online, this survey, facilitated by CRH’s trusted partner PRC, seeks to gather valuable insights into the health status, behaviors, and needs of residents within CRH’s service area. Recognizable by the caller ID “Col Regl Health,” participants are urged to engage in this anonymous survey to contribute to bettering the community’s health. The Healthy Communities Initiative is working to make a difference in the health of Bartholomew County since 1994
Participants can anticipate spending approximately 15 minutes completing the survey, available in both English and Spanish. PRC aims to conduct 400 phone surveys, reach a goal of 500 online surveys, and ensure representation from all micro-communities, through engagement with Mental Health Ambassadors.
