COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Cummins PRIDE Employee Resource Group in Columbus is organizing LGBTQ+ terminology and allyship training. Cummins will be providing two virtual opportunities to attend the training. Choose March 21 or March 27 from noon to 1 p.m. Both dates will cover the same material.
The training will cover topics such as; terminology relating to the LGBTQ+ community, what it means to be an ally, scenarios for practicing allyship skills, and reference material.
