COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Indiana-based Sprague Hotel Developers announced that two of its Indianapolis Holiday Inn Express and Suites hotels have been honored with major brand awards.
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites Indianapolis South/Greenwood was awarded the Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) 2023 Torchbearer Award after a $4 million renovation. The award recognizes hotels and individuals for notable achievements, including guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and other company standards. It is one of 84 honorees selected among IHG’s over 4,400 hotels.
Holiday Inn Express and Suites Indianapolis NE/Noblesville received the IHG 2023 Spirit of True Hospitality Excellence award based solely on guest feedback for superior levels of excellence. The property is one of 205 honored among IHG’s over 4,400 hotels.
