COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Police Department (CPD) is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 1900 block of Wallace Avenue on Monday evening.
Officers were called to a report of “shots fired” at around 9:40 p.m. The initial investigation indicates the suspect shot a firearm from a dark-colored sedan.
No one was injured during the shooting, but a home and a vehicle were struck with bullets.
The investigation is ongoing. At this time, it is believed that this is an isolated incident.
