COLUMBUS, Ind. – Caring for a child can be physically, emotionally, and financially stressful. Thrive Alliance is presenting a free workshop for relative caregivers to learn about self-care strategies and techniques to increase relaxation and reduce stress.
This workshop can help caregivers manage the daily stresses they face. It is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the First Steps Conference Room of the Doug Otto United Way Center, 1531 13th St., in Columbus.
Voelz, Reed, and Mount, Attorneys, LLC. will provide free, boxed lunches to participants.
