FRANKLIN, Ind. – The City of Franklin has announced that the new roundabout at the intersection of Paul Hand Road and North County Road 225E (Graham Road) is now open to traffic.
Officials thank its partners in Whiteland and Johnson County for making this project possible.
Motorists should use caution at the new roundabout intersection over the next couple of weeks as the contractor may be onsite wrapping up some minor work.
