FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin Chamber of Commerce presents its first monthly luncheon of the new year this Thursday, January 9, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Franklin College, 101 Branigin Blvd.
Lunch attendees will hear the latest updates on the US 31 project from Trent Newport and Mark Beck with CrossRoad Engineers.
