COLUMBUS, Ind. – Cummins Inc. announced last Thursday that five of its leaders will be promoted to the position of Vice President, effective March 1.
They bring diverse experiences, backgrounds, and skill sets to Cummins, and have profoundly impacted the company, customers, and people.
“These promotions reflect the outstanding business and leadership contributions of Shveta, Zach, James, Lyndon, and Con,” said Jennifer Rumsey, Chair and CEO of Cummins. “Their strategic vision and expertise have been instrumental in advancing our Destination Zero strategy, executing commitments to our customers, and fostering a culture of excellence at Cummins. They will continue to lead with the same passion in their new roles.”
Promoted to Vice President at Cummins were:
- Shveta Arya – VP – Cummins India and Managing Director of Cummins India Limited: Arya is a strategic and performance-driven leader with over 20 years of industry experience.
- Zach Gillen – VP – Distribution Business Sales and Service North America: With over 22 years at Cummins, Gillen has held leadership roles spanning several sectors.
- James Hopkins – VP – Engine Business Finance and Strategy: Hopkins has been with Cummins for 15 years, understanding the company’s strategic direction and executing its priorities.
- Lyndon Jones – VP – Engine Business North American Sales and Customer Support: For nearly two decades, Jones has led Engine and Distribution businesses in sales, service, and operations.
- Con O’Sullivan – VP – Power Systems Supply Chain and Operations: O’Sullivan has been integral in the Cummins supply chain for 28 years in supplier quality, procurement, and manufacturing.
