SEYMOUR, Ind.– River Valley Legal Aid is hosting another free legal aid walk-in clinic on Wednesday, June 4, at the Montgomery Elsner and Pardieck Law Office in Seymour. The clinic will run from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The Pro Bono Indiana program uses local volunteer lawyers who offer free legal consultations to low-income individuals. The goal is to further assist in equal access to justice within the community for those who might not otherwise be able to afford the counsel of an attorney.
Individuals coming to the Legal Aid Clinic can expect to receive a 10-minute consultation on a civil matter, in person, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no need to register in advance.
