COLUMBUS, Ind. – Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Bartholomew County, a program of Foundation For Youth, recently shared some big news.
The agency announced last week that Big Brothers Big Sisters of America had been honored with the 2024 Growth Award.
A spokesperson for the local BBBS said, “Thank you to our amazing mentors, families, supporters, and community partners who make this impact possible every day. Together, we’re helping ignite the power and promise of youth.”
This national recognition celebrates BBBS of Bartholomew County’s dedication and success in:
- Growing the number of active matches
- Increasing Black, Indigenous, and people of color male volunteer involvement
- Serving more children year-over-year
