GREENWOOD, Ind. – Center Grove Community School Corporation announced Tuesday that the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) has designated Center Grove Middle School North (MSN) as a “Family Friendly School.”
The designation is a recognition program for schools demonstrating a commitment to fostering strong family-school partnerships by engaging families, communities, and staff in their students’ education. Each school must complete a lengthy application process and earn a proficient rating.
MSN is one of just 45 schools across Indiana to receive the 2025 Family Friendly School designation. The IDOE launched the program in 2015.
Principal Davin Harpe, Ph.D, stated, “At Middle School North, we truly understand how important our parents and caregivers are in helping our students learn, grow, and feel like they belong.”
