BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – The Eastern Bartholomew Water Corporation (EWBC) is reporting a water outage in the Wayne Township and Jonesville Road area.
Crews are reporting low water pressure or complete water loss. A water main has been damaged near E. County Road 650S in the Waynesville area, and customers might experience low pressure and possible water outage.
Once service is restored, EWBC advises that Jonesville Road, E. CR 650S, and Waynesville customers will be under a boil water advisory through 4 p.m. on Monday, August 4. Any water used for drinking or cooking purposes should be boiled for at least five minutes and cooled before consumption.
