FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin FFA, Franklin Community Schools, Franklin Community High School (FCHS), and the high school’s agriculture department recently broke ground on the much-anticipated Franklin Agricultural Center for Education.
The new cutting-edge Ag facility at FCHS will serve as a living lab, where students gain hands-on experience with real-life skills, including animal and plant care, research, community partnerships, agricultural technology, equipment operation, food systems, and more.
This space will give students the skills, experience, and confidence to succeed in the world of agriculture.
The Franklin FFA thanked its Alumni President, its advisors, the Franklin Community School Board, the Johnson County agriculture community, and donors for making the project a reality.
