FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Franklin College Theatre Department is presenting A Midsummer Night’s Dream, written by William Shakespeare. The performances will take place at 8 p.m., on Thursday through Saturday, October 2-4, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 5. All shows will be in Théâtre Margot in the Johnson Center for Fine Arts.
Mixing romance, fantasy, and humor, Shakespeare’s timeless play explores the unpredictable nature of love and the thin line between reality and dreams.
Robin Roberts, a Franklin resident and professor of theatre at Franklin College, will direct the play.
General admission is $15.The price for Seniors (age 55+), students under 18, and students from other colleges is $10. Franklin College students, faculty, and staff receive free admission with a valid Franklin College ID.
