SEYMOUR, Ind. – The City of Seymour is celebrating its 52nd Oktoberfest this week with three full days of food, fun, and entertainment from Thursday, October 2, to Saturday, October 4, in downtown Seymour. The hours each day are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
As a bonus day, carnival rides and the Biergarten will be open on Wednesday, October 1, at 5 p.m. Select non-profit food vendors will open on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
The Hot Air Balloon Glow is Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., and the balloon race is Saturday at 7:30 a.m. The parade is Saturday at 1:30 p.m., and former Cincinnati Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo and his band perform at 8 p.m.
