SEYMOUR, Ind. – The food, fun, and entertainment of the 52nd Seymour Oktoberfest ends on Saturday, October 4, in downtown Seymour. The hours for most activities, including the vendor booths and the Biergarten, are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Carnival rides open at 1 p.m.
On Friday, the Shakedown Dancers and TAPP’D Seymour perform at 6 p.m., the Chicken and Polka Dance contest starts at 6:30 p.m., and the Hot Air Balloon Glow is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
The Hot Air Balloon Race starts early Saturday morning at 7:30. The parade is at 1:30 p.m., and former Cincinnati Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo and his band play at 8 p.m.
