GREENWOOD, Ind. – Center Grove High School engineering and technology department chair Brent Schulz and biomedical science teacher Andrea Teevan have been named 2025-26 Outstanding PLTW Teachers by Project Lead The Way (PLTW), a national organization that empowers students through transformative STEM learning experiences.
The recognition honors educators from across the country who make an exceptional impact on their students, expand access to hands-on STEM opportunities, and lead through innovative teaching practices. Schulz is one of 15 PLTW Engineering teachers to receive the honor.
Teevan is among 14 PLTW Biomedical Science teachers honored. Through PLTW Engineering and PLTW Biomedical Science courses, Schulz and Teevan provide students with opportunities to develop real-world problem-solving, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills that prepare them for future success in STEM fields.
