COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Police Department (CPD) is asking for information on the whereabouts of Addaline Mullins, 15.
She is believed to have left her home in the 700 block of Werner Avenue in the evening of October 29 or the early morning of October 30.
Addaline is described as being 5 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and black or grey sweatpants.
Detectives are actively looking for Addaline. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the CPD dispatch center at 812-379-1689.
