COLUMBUS, Ind. – Centra Credit Union President and CEO Rick Silvers has announced his retirement effective January 9, 2026. Following a nationwide search, Centra’s Board of Directors selected Centra Chief Growth Officer Brad Davis as the Credit Union’s next President and CEO.
Silvers joined the Credit Union on June 1, 2016, and has led the financial institution through significant growth and expansion. “It has been a great honor to be the President and CEO of Centra Credit Union, and I am grateful to have been part of Centra’s 85-year legacy,” Silvers said. “Brad’s broad experience and strong leadership qualifications will serve us well.”

Our historical performance has enabled us to execute robust strategic plans and to formulate initiatives that will guide us for years to come. We’re well-positioned for future growth, and I am humbled and excited to guide the Credit Union.”
