COLUMBUS, Ind. – Local News Digital learned on Friday afternoon that local businessman Rick Miller will throw his hat into the ring and run for the District 4 seat on the Bartholomew County Council in 2026.
George Morales has already announced that he plans to retire from the position at the end of the term.
Bartholomew County Treasurer Barbara Hackman said earlier that she would also seek the District 4 Bartholomew County Council seat.
