GREENWOOD, Ind. – The Johnson County Highway Department has announced the closure of a portion of Fairview Road, between Leisure Lane and Green Hills Court, in White River Township, from Monday, November 24, through Wednesday, November 26.
Koppers Railroad Inc., on behalf of Indiana Rail Road, will be permanently repairing the Indiana Railroad bridge over Fairview Road due to bridge strikes earlier this year.
Through traffic may utilize the signed detour route on State Road 135, Smith Valley Road, and Peterman Road to bypass the closed intersection.
