FRANKLIN, Ind. – Franklin emergency crews helped remove a vehicle from a pond near Cumberland Drive on Monday, November 24.
At approximately 7 a.m., the Franklin Police Department and the Franklin Fire Department aided in a water rescue of a motorist who slid off the road into a lake near Cumberland Drive. Cumberland Drive was closed for an hour while emergency crews completed the rescue.
No injuries have been reported.
