GREENWOOD, Ind. – During this holiday season, the Greenwood Fire Department (GFD) reminds you that its annual Toy Drive is still accepting gifts so that less fortunate kids in the community can have a Christmas.
All four GFD stations and Aspen Creek Grill are serving as collection sites where you can drop off toy donations.
Items donated must be new and unwrapped. Remember also that no group supported by the Greenwood Fire Department will accept any gift that depicts a weapon of any kind, including Nerf guns, plastic swords, bows and arrows, and other similar toys.
The GFD Toy Drive runs through Saturday, December 20.
Here are the collection sites where you can drop off toys:
- Downtown Greenwood Fire Station – 155 E. Main Street
- Northwest Greenwood Fire Station – 1244 Fry Road
- Southwest Greenwood Fire Station – 1090 W. Cutsinger Road
- East Greenwood Fire Station – 755 N. Graham Road
- Aspen Creek Grill – 1287 N. Emerson Avenue
