NORTH VERNON, Ind. – A Jennings County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) deputy took the handoff and finished a pizza delivery after the driver got into an accident on Saturday night, December 13.
Deputy Dylan Smock responded to the winter weather motor vehicle mishap. Because the driver was unable to complete the delivery, Deputy Smock took over and got the food to the correct house.
Due to the poor road conditions, JCSO is advising residents to stay indoors. Do not travel, unless it is absolutely necessary.
