INDIANAPOLIS – Columbus-native Joe Nierman has been elected to the board of directors for the Indiana Youth Insitute (IYI). Nierman begins his term on the board effective this month.
Nierman earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2004 from Marian University and an MBA from Anderson University. He has served as a financial planner with WestPoint Financial Group since 2007.
In addition to his seat on the IYI board, Nierman is the vice president of the executive committee for Trusted Mentors and serves on the Byrum School of Business’ Board of Visitors at Marian University.
The Indiana Youth Institute promotes the healthy development of Indiana children and youth by serving the people, institutions and communities that impact their well-being.
