MADISON, Ind. — One person died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a Madison store Friday, police said.
The shooting occurred at the GNC at 449 East Clifty Drive.
Madison Police confirm there is no active shooter situation. Authorities are unable to confirm if the deceased individual was an employee or customer.
