INDIANAPOLIS — Crew Carwash recently partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters for its 14th annual Crew for Kids fundraiser. The event raised $181,706 for Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies across Indiana and Minnesota. The company has raised over $1 million for the nonprofit since the inaugural Crew for Kids in 2010.
As part of its Crew for Kids fundraiser, 50% of the proceeds from all Ultimate Washes sold were donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters on Saturday, July 15, at all Crew Carwash locations.
With the funds raised, Big Brothers Big Sisters will be able to create and support more than 90 new matches this year in the communities they serve. Since 2010, several hundred “Littles” have benefited from a mentor because of the Crew for Kids event.
Funds raised will locally benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bartholomew County.
