COLUMBUS, Ind. — City of Columbus offices will be closed for a two-and-one-half-hour period at the end of next week for an employee lunch and picnic.
Business will not be conducted as city offices will not be in operation from 10:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m., on Friday, August 18.
Members of the Columbus Common Council have also been invited to attend and may receive information, but will not be in session and will not conduct business, according to a statement.
