COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Fire Department’s annual Firemen’s Cheer Fund delivery day is Saturday.
Volunteers are needed in their trucks, vans, and cars to load up their vehicles for delivery of presents so that less fortunate kids in Bartholomew County receive their gifts in time for Christmas.
If you are interested in helping, all you have to do is show up at 2674 Verhulst St. in Columbus (see map below).
The overhead doors open at 8 a.m. for volunteers who will be passing out the gifts.
