INDIANAPOLIS–President Donald Trump will be attending the National FFA Convention and Expo at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis this afternoon during the ninth general session. It is has become a tradition of the National FFA Organization to invite the sitting president to deliver a speech during its annual assembly.
The convention is a private event and is not open to the public. Those attending have to be registered for the event and must have proper credentials before entering.
The National FFA Organization provides leadership, personal growth, and career success training through agricultural education to 669,989 student members who belong to one of 8,630 local FFA chapters throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The organization is also supported by 459,514 former members in 2,236 alumni chapters.
