In celebration of International Day of Women in Mining this Saturday, June 15, the Cummins Power Systems organization reflects on recent changes that put three women at the forefront of the global Industrial Engines and Aftermarkets (IEA) business, inclusive of Mining, Rail, Defense, Marine, and Oil/Gas segments.
With 20+ years at Cummins behind her, Regina Barringer is the executive director overseeing partnerships with the company’s largest OEM and end-user accounts.
With experience overseeing distribution, Allie Posey leads all other North American Industrial businesses, partnering closely with the channel to exceed customer expectations.
Previously the leader of strategic mining accounts, Ioana Capelo now heads the International Industrial business, ensuring worldwide customers receive superior products, service, and support.
Together, the three women and their teams lead all Industrial customer partnerships, regularly collaborating at forums to find synergies and drive problem-solving for high-horsepower customers.
