SEYMOUR, Ind. – Schneck Medical Center recently announced that Susan Zabor, Vice President of Clinical and Provider Management and Chief Quality Officer at Schneck Medical Center, has been elected to the Indiana Rural Health Association (IRHA) Board of Directors.
“It’s an honor to be elected to the Indiana Rural Health Association board. I’m excited to work towards improving healthcare access and outcomes for rural communities,” remarked Zabor.
Zabor earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University, and her Master of Science in Nursing Management plus a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana.
In 1996, Zabor began her career as a staff nurse at Schneck Medical Center and moved her nursing career as a staff nurse to Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio in 1998, before returning to Schneck in 2005.
Since that time at Schneck, she has been a staff nurse, Quality Outcomes Coordinator, Director of Lean Six Sigma and Organizational Projects, and her current position of Vice President of Clinical and Provider Management and Chief Quality Officer.
