EDINBURGH, Ind. – The Edinburgh Police Department and the Town of Edinburgh have announced a road closing on Halloween night.
On October 31, East Main Cross will be completely closed from Kyle Street to the Harrell Drive area by the Eastside Elementary School. No vehicle or golf cart traffic will be allowed in this area from 5:45 to 8:30 p.m.
The road will be closed to provide a safe trick-or-treat area for the kids.
The alternate route to get north and south will be Kyle Street. The east and west roads motorists should use are Center Cross and Thompson Streets.
