EDINBURGH, Ind. – Firefighter Enrique Callejas of Edinburgh Fire and Rescue recently finished his probationary year at the department.
He completed his EMT, Firefighter I/II, and Driver Operator Certification in his first year.
Callejas, a 2023 Edinburgh High School graduate, is originally from Dubuque, Iowa. He is studying nursing at IU Columbus.
Lt. Monson said, “Enrique assists with maintenance projects and is always working so hard. He makes us proud with his effort and attitude every day.”
