COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health (CRH) presents Go Red for Women’s Heart Health this Thursday, February 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at The Commons.
The free annual luncheon event is meant to empower you and your health.
Cardiovascular disease remains among the top leading causes of death for both American men and women. Awareness and prevention are important when it comes to keeping you and your loved ones healthy.
Learn about the most common heart problems for men and women, their causes, and how to spot them at the annual Go Red for Women’s Heart Health event.
At the two-hour program, you can expect:

- A heart health presentation from CRH keynote speaker Dr. Albert Sey, MD, MPH
- A Heart and Mind Connection presentation with Mental Health Matters
- Free blood pressure checks
