COLUMBUS, Ind.–The “I am Me Jamboree” Walk/Run hits the track in downtown Columbus this Saturday, June 7, at 830 a.m. It is open to all ages and features two courses that support individuals with physical, mental, and/or emotional disabilities or conditions.
There is a 0.5K walk/run/roll and a 5K walk/run/roll event. Whether one can participate unassisted or needs assistive devices (walker, cane, wheelchair, crutches, supports, scooter, etc.) to complete a course, all are welcome.
The 0.5K event starts on Franklin Street, and the 5K begins on 17th Street. Participants will have three hours to complete either course.
