SEYMOUR, Ind. – Enrolling in Medicare can be overwhelming—between the flood of mail, confusing terminology, and countless coverage options, it’s hard to know where to begin.
To help ease the process, the Schneck Foundation presents Medicare Simplified, a free educational seminar designed to take the confusion out of Medicare enrollment and empower attendees with clear, unbiased information.
Guest speaker Scott Donahue, from the nonprofit organization Medicare Simplified, will guide participants through essential topics, including when and how to enroll in Medicare, understanding the different parts of Medicare, how to review and update your current coverage, and what to consider if you have an employer-sponsored plan.
The Medicare Simplified seminars, from the Schneck Foundation, are free. The Seymour sessions are August 7 or August 11, at 5 p.m., at the Schneck Professional Building, Classroom 500, 411 West Tipton St. In North Vernon, the program will be on August 7, at 11 a.m., at the Jennings County Public Library.
