SEYMOUR, Ind. – Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) recently recognized Schneck Home Health and Schneck Hospice with the 2024 SHPBest “Superior Performer” award.
These honors place both organizations in the top 20% of all eligible SHP clients nationwide for outstanding patient and caregiver experience.
Schneck Hospice received the Caregiver Experience Award, which honors hospice providers that consistently deliver exceptional service to families and caregivers. This recognition is based on Hospice caregiver experience scores from over 1,800 providers.
Schneck Home Health was presented with the Patient Experience Award, highlighting home health agencies that prioritize and excel in patient-centered care. This award is based on survey results from 3,200 providers, the largest benchmark of its kind in the nation.
