GREENWOOD, Ind.—A man critically injured in a June dispute with a neighbor has a warrant for his involvement in the altercation. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department says they received a tip that Jeff Weigle, 59, was in the hospital threatening to leave and do harm to Dean Keller, 49, who had shot Weigle. The prosecutors office was contacted about the threat and it issued a warrant against Weigle for criminal recklessness. Weigle is currently being held at an undisclosed rehab facility under supervision.
