FRANKLIN, Ind.—An argument at the Johnson County fairgrounds led to one man’s arrest for an outstanding warrant. According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, officers were called to the fairgrounds in Johnson County for an argument between roommates over property in their trailer. One of the men involved, 49-year-old Terry Emily of Henryville, was found to have an outstanding warrant for a parole violation in Marion County in addition to a blood-alcohol level of .237. He was taken to Johnson Memorial Health as a precaution prior to his detention at the Johnson County Law Enforcement Facility.
