COLUMBUS, Ind.—On Wednesday, Cummins held a block party for its employees and the community in downtown Columbus. The event was held to update the Cummins story to encompass where the company is today and where it wants to go. The updates made to its Vision, Mission, Leadership, Culture, Brand Promise, and Strategy emphasized the qualities of upholding Cummins dependability, while also improving its product through constant innovation. Yesterday, the Cummins stock price opened at $168.38, the highest in the company’s 98-year history.
