The Clarksville Police Department and the Indiana State Police (ISP) repsonded to a 911 call about a domestic disturbance in Clarksville, around 10:30 p.m., on Friday. The incident culminated in a police-involved shooting.
Upon arrival, officers say they witnessed a male subject with a firearm at the doorway, who then retreated back into the house and barricaded himself, along with the person who made the 911 call, inside the residence. A little later, law enforcement again encountered the subject who was allegedly still brandishing a handgun.
