COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Police Department (CPD) arrested a local man on numerous charges after he was spotted inside a condemned home early Friday morning. Officers responded to the house in the 1500 block of Union Street at around 4 a.m. and found Timothy David, 48, of Columbus, inside the residence.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident. While searching his clothing, police reportedly found several drugs.
After getting medical clearance from Columbus Regional Health, CPD says David was transported to Bartholomew County Jail and preliminarily charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of a legend drug, and residential entry.
