COLUMBUS, Ind. – Thrive Alliance has received a $1.2 million allocation of low-income housing tax credits from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA). The funds allow Thrive Alliance and its partner, Jonesboro Investments, to move forward with construction of Crossroads Village, a $12.5 million, 64-unit affordable apartment complex in Seymour.
“We are extremely pleased to have IHCDA provide funding to make this project a reality,” said Mark Lindenlaub, Thrive Alliance Executive Director. “We are excited to be working with the visionary staff at Schneck to create housing and services that encourage and support healthy lifestyles. This will benefit not only the residents living at Crossroads but also provide opportunities to connect with residents in the surrounding neighborhood,” Lindenlaub added.
The Crossroads Village project, at 500 South Poplar St., is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
