COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Festival of Lights Parade (FOL) and QMIX Christmas Musical Fireworks are set for Saturday in Columbus, but before the parade gets underway at 6 p.m., the Commons Christmas Village opens for kids to enjoy some holiday activities.
Starting at 2 p.m., kids can make crafts, write to Santa, and check out the Gingerbread houses decorated by city employees. Proceeds benefit The Commons Playground. The Christmas Village closes at 4:30 p.m., just prior to the FOL parade stepping off in downtown Columbus.
